Refund Policy

We are thankful you choose our service to promote your brand on social networks. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to make things right.

Eligibility

Here are the criteria your order must meet to be eligible for a refund:

You must have paid your order within [30] calendar days.
You must be able to provide proof of purchase (account or credit card statement).
None of the services has been provided at the moment of a claim. In case you have already got designed layouts, original branded templates, content, or launched a promotion, we cannot refund. In this case, we can only negotiate the changes and optimisation of the promotion process.

What happens after the eligibility period?

We can’t accept returns after [30] calendar days have passed.

You can receive your refund as:

An original payment.
Service exchange.

When to expect the refund

Once we receive your claim for a refund, it will take 3-5 days for us to process the request and initiate the refund. When the request is processed, we will post the refund to your preferred refund method. If you paid by debit or credit card, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for the payment to post to your account.
